Harbours 'main attractions close by. The main shopping centre, Park Beach Plaza is just 10 minutes walk away, the Porpoise Pool is 10 minutes walk and the restaurant strip 5 minutes drive away.
The property consists of 9 fully self contained and air conditioned apartments. There are 2 downstairs apartments and 7 upstairs, all with balconies or verandahs. There is one under cover parking space per apartment with regular security patrols and intruder alert.
